• Budget Analysis/Tracking: setting a budget with you, prioritizing expenses for your event, helping you to stay on budget, and saving you money wherever possible.

• Day-Of Coordination: overseeing and executing details the day of your event, assist with vendor arrivals and setups, setting up any DIY or rented decor, helping to keep the timeline on track, setting up dessert buffets/late night snacks/favors/etc.

• Full Service Planning: working with client from very start of planning process up until the day of the event, overseeing all details and elements, includes everything that day-of package does too, unlimited meetings or phone calls during planning process.

• Timelines: creating and distributing a timeline for the day of their event, so all vendors know what to expect. Timelines detail the entire day from setup to teardown and everything in between.

• To-Do Lists: creating a custom list for my client that breaks down what should be completed each week and/or month leading up to their event.

• Vendor Selections: connecting my clients with vendors (and even booking on your behalf if you would prefer) that best fit with your budget, personality, type of event, and style.
