Hi there! We're Pineapples & Parties Ltd. aka P&P aka your wedding and event planning besties! We are passionate about helping to make your day everything you dreamed it to be and are here to worry about the details on your day, so that you don't have to. We are so honored each time someone trusts us with such an important chapter of their life.

While we believe checklists and timelines are an important part of our job, we believe this career is so much more than that. We believe in love. We believe in hope. We believe in weddings and events that are uniquely yours! We pour our hearts in each and every detail. Each text message. Each meeting. Each venue walkthrough. Each napkin folded. Each dress fluffed or bustled. Each boutonnière pinned.

 

What types of services does P&P offer? Budget Analysis/Tracking - setting a budget with you, prioritizing expenses for your event, helping you to stay on budget, and saving you money wherever possible. Day-Of Coordination - overseeing and executing details the day of your event, assist with vendor arrivals and setups, setting up any DIY or rented decor, helping to keep the timeline on track, etc. Full-Service Planning - working with you from the very start of the planning process until the day of the event and beyond, overseeing all details and elements, plus everything from the day-of package, and more. Vendor Selections - connecting you with vendors (and even booking on your behalf if preferred) that best fit with your budget, personality, type of event, style, wants and needs, etc.

What sets P&P apart? When you book us, you'll see myself (plus a lead coordinator or two) on-site day-of 100% of the time. Your wedding or event is personal, you got to know me throughout the planning process, and that familiarity is reassuring on this special day. You have my cell phone number and can text anytime. Emails, phone calls, in person meetings all have their time and place, but sometimes sending a text is SO much easier, we understand! We work with any and all vendors and believe in collaboration over competition always. We are never here to judge your ideas, decor, guests, food choices, etc. Every decision that you made is for YOUR day and we are here to support that and help execute it. We don't just do weddings. We LOVE assisting with grad parties, baby or wedding showers, engagement parties, birthday and anniversary celebrations, fundraisers, holiday parties, you name it!
